Gregory & LaRue, PLLC is unique both in its primary focus on litigation and its position as a law firm wholly owned by two female attorneys. Gena Gregory is an experienced attorney, well known for her trial skills after over 19 years of trying cases in Arkansas. Additionally, while Vice President, Law for Alltel Communications, LLC, Ms. Gregory managed all of the Fortune 500 company’s complex litigation, including class action business, employment, and patent litigation across the United States, directing the litigation strategy for the company’s outside counsel.
Elizabeth LaRue has developed unique skills while in house counsel for the fifth largest wireless carrier in the country, Alltel Communications, LLC. She has negotiated settlements with Attorney General’s Offices across the country. She is a successful mediator and manager of litigation cases. She has worked closely with Ms. Gregory for the last 3 years. Together they have managed hundreds of litigation matters and negotiated and managed potential business and litigation matters prior to litigation for Alltel. She has significant experience with electronic discovery, Electronic Communications Privacy Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the Fair Debt Collection practices Act.
