Gena Gregory, Attorney
Gena Gregory, the managing member of the firm has been a licensed attorney for 19 years. She has first chair trial experience in over sixty (60) jury trials and an equal number of non-jury trials. She began her practice of law at The Laser Law Firm, an insurance defense firm in Little Rock, Arkansas where she had the great opportunity to try many cases as a young attorney. The cases included traditional insurance defense work, auto accident, insurance coverage litigation, toxic tort litigation and products liability. She had the privilege of representing Owens Corning, St. Paul Insurance Company, Allstate Insurance Company and Metropolitan Life, along with other traditional insurance clients.
In 1998, Ms. Gregory moved to the Jack, Nelson Jones law firm, also in Little Rock which still today is a strong commercial and business transactions firm. There she handled more complex commercial litigation, including employment litigation (both plaintiff and defense), estate litigation, contract disputes and general business litigation.
Ms. Gregory accepted a position at Alltel as Senior Counsel in 2005 overseeing all of Alltel's complex litigation across the United States and was promoted to Vice President in 2006. The opportunity to manage litigation strategy on this scale in so many different locations across the country combined with significant actual trial experience equips her with a unique qualification to provide our clients with the best possible representation when faced with any sort of legal challenge.
